Do I have a user account already?

On occasion, we see students who have an account created for them by their medical school but the welcome email sent out by Capsule was not received (or falls into a Spam folder). If you think this might be you, perhaps because you see your school listed on our 'How to Buy' page, it’s simple to check if you have an account set up already.

How do I check if I have an account?

1. The way to check if an account already exists for you is to check your email address using the Capsule Forgotten Password?’ feature. Go to the Capsule home page and press the Login button, you will see the following screen:

2. Click on the Forgotten Password? link and you’ll be asked to submit your email address. This is likely to be your official medical school email address.

3. If you DO have an account already you’ll see a ‘success’ message and will receive an email link to reset your password.

4. If you DO NOT have a Capsule account then you will see a message stating that the email address given was not found on the service.

If you don’t have an account but think you should you will now be able to contact your school directly to confirm.
